Assuming he can muster enough Willpower (Willpower is a resource in WoD), he could disbelieve or at least Paradox backlash Guts.

Especially given Marckus knows about him and would know about his reality bending feats like constantly not dying where he should for all intents, should.

This might lead to Marckus' disbelief causing Paradoxes for Guts, which would result in Paradox backlash.

With knowledge about Guts, Marckus would mmmaybe(?) win because of reasons Uld brought up.
But if Marckus didn't, Guts would win with ridiculous ease due to skillz® and with his giant sword.
