Guys. Guts is "best written fiction character" and you love him, but let's look at things objectively.
1. What's the whole point of this fight if Guts current profile is a very unfinished thing. I've seen a lot of berserk calcs that upgrades speed, LS, AP of beginning of the golden age Guts, but for some reason they haven't been evaluated or added to the crt yet.
2. If we take the current stats of the characters, we get: 1,2 megajoules Michael and 930 kilojoules for Guts. Okay not so much AP advantage for Michael; Class 25 LS Michael and Class 1 LS Guts. This is already quite dangerous for Guts, if in the first seconds of fight Guts decides to take Michael with a brute attack, which prevents Michael from simply stopping sword with hand (pain tolerance, immortality), taking Guts in a bear hug, breaking his neck, crushing him and so on
3. Yes, yes, yes Guts is much more skilled, agile and has an analytical prediction and supernatural willpower, it can play a winning role in fight
4. It is also very important for the outcome of the battle who have better stamina. I think that Michael has better stamina and pain tolerance, don't forget about immortality
Guts can outskill Michael and slice him into pieces over time. But I can't help but thinking that Michael might just stop another attack from Guts with hand and just kill him.
What we have:
Michael: better AP, better LS, better stamina and pain tolerance, immortality+regen
Gust: much more skilled, higher range with weapon, analytical prediction, supernatural willpower
This fight can be described as a fight between a very skilled, agile and motivated lightweight boxer and a super heavyweight strongman. In real life, a lightweight could just wear down a strongman (but michael has better stamina). A lightweight boxer can outskill strogman and knock him down with a multiple punches in face, but one mistake and death.
Scene from GOT also describes it. I vote for inconclusive for this match
