Mami Tomoe vs Monkey D. Luffy

With all Mami matches, it all starts with whether or not Luffy manages to find a way to avoid her threads the entire match.

Doesn't Luffy have pre-cog? I'm not sure how it works, but if he can see the future while avoiding the bullet hell, he should be able to hard counter thread manip and her duplication. The only problem for Luffy would be her threads being used defensively (At least until he gets to Gear 4), and stats amp (Mami just because fast enough that he can't dodge even with precog).
 
So, his lifting strength nulls ribbons, and his observation nulls her other threads from what I can tell. What else does Mami have?
