Neat, put him as 9B for now, he would have genius intelligence up to extraordinary genius intelligence due to being able to out predict all of Uno's attacks and movements later in the fight, despite the latter having a device that could process information possibly faster than a mainframe. His speed should at least be supersonic+. It's stated in the series that all of Mata's technology are 10 years more advanced than Cyber Raya on top of that, Cyber Raya is practically more futuristic compared to IRL cities. So most weapons and attacks would be faster than rounds fired from modern weapons.
