Yes he can but if he cant hit her that doesnt mean much, plus even if he could she would incap or kill him before he even reaches her.

Well there is the fact shes pure information and his NPI feat is hitting souls so it could be argued that those don't equate, plus I think you need like at least 25-D range to hit her but im not 100% certain on that part.

Hes not but the Beatrice hes fighting is nothing more than a projection of information that has all the abilities of the true form.

But even if ignoring the 25D stuff theres still the point of Information =/= Soul.

Rens? Thats how the Briah works, by implanting your desire upon reality as basically a new law, so just look at the Briah and thats how the Law manip works.

Although his Briah is basically restricted in this since it works by making him faster and since Beatrice is 2 levels of infinity faster Ren isnt allowed to amp and bltiz in speed equals.

Just hax is based completely around punching things, he is a pretty decent fight though.

Looking through his page it seems like all of his offensive hax is resisted by Makoto. So it's just boils down to a one on one brawl. What's his notable combat feats?

60 years of combat against guys who have the same inmortality as him (as everyone is dependent on Rein) of which one never misses and the other is always faster than him.

Can fight Ren (who can predict his movements due to having part of his soul or his half) and becomes faster than Machina and even overwhelmed him at one point.

Oh wait... so Makoto cant kill Machina due to Type 8 but incap should be viable since she can neg his regen.

Ok so typical age=experience kind of person.

Don't really see how fighting Ren is a notable skill feat when he died to him iirc.

Makoto can take on people who are very skilled in combat such as Tsubaki and Kagura, both are Duodecim members that have been trained to be the best of the best out of the NOL. The latter even rivaling to possibly surpassing Jin in combat prowess to the point that many said he would've been the Hero of Ikaruga if he stayed during the Ikaruga war. She's also taken on and even bested Tager who's a high ranked soldier back before he turned into the Red Devil. And even taking on Bullet as well, who's Tager's subordinate. So yeah she's had combat experience with plenty of people who have years of training under their belt.

@Psycho yeah, that's kinda why I said it would just boil down to a fist fight in the end.

Anyways Makoto would likely get the edge in this fight. Power of Order makes it impossible for Machina to be stronger and she has more versatile moves to use on top of resisting all of his hax and likely evens out with the skill department.

He is skillful enough to fight Ren despite being slower compared to him and even overwhelmed him so I doubt that she would do something meaningful in a H2H fight.
