The snailing is passive. Weather can open with other moves, like filling Maker up with water or completely freezing him.

Hm, then give Maker his equipment ig, that'll make things even, since in current state it's a stomp...

By Passive, Ovens Means that its active but it doesn't transmute until a good ten seconds later

That's still pointless regardless because Maker resist it.

I mean, monologuing doesn't interrupt his opening moves, just makes him distracted to counter attacks or bigger picture

I mean, Heavy Weather is both omnipresent on a town level range and invisible to Reed. On top of Reed needing NPI to interact with Heavy Weather.

Yeah see, I never got the stand logic, so don't Reed's punches just hurt WR directly? Since he can't interact with the stand anyways

Anyway, since this is the case

Maker via pressing a button and calling it a night

Whatever damage the Stand gets, the user gets. Attacking the user straight up is also a viable tactic but Stands protect their users always, even against their will.
