Powers/Equipment: Light of Entropy, Key to Entropy, Personification of Entropy, Change

Light of Entropy- A beam of light that causes whatever it touches to age catostrophically. Cars rust into nothingness in seconds and humans fade to dust before the light fully passes through them.

Key to Entropy- An item created by TMiW, comprised of: a Philospher Stone powered by the entire human population of the Marvel universe, the melted down celestial keys of Lucy Heartfillia, all of the materia from Final Fantasy VII, the Black Blood from Soul Eater, and it's all held together by technology looted from Tony Stark's tower.

Personification of Entropy- As a walking incarnation of the concept of entropy TMiW's body has no soul and destroying it does nothing as he can simply reform elsewhere. Attempts to attack his mind end in failure as the recipient cannot handle the combined weight of all change and destruction in all of creation. The only way to destroy him is to destroy the very concept of Entropy- which would destroy all of creation as nothing would change or move ever again.

Change- TMiW is endowed with the power to see the canon of all characters he sees and can alter the canon at will- allowing him to change it at will in others and himself. Notable examples include: reversing Superman's solar radiation absorbtion, removing the Speed Force from Flash, and restoring Darth Vader's body.

Story: After intially appearing in the middle of DC's Metropolis he is attacked by the Justice League before truly learning the state of his powers. He discovers how much pain and suffering is in creation and is determined to destroy it all and sets off to gather the required items to do it. The 11th Doctor stands in his way and each gathers various characters from fiction to aid them in their plight.

the problem is that some people rate nigh-omnipotence as omnipotence too, or they rate beings who are bound to logic still as omnipotence because they can do anything else, it was to be on the safe side,

He can be sarcastic and doesn't take everything seriously, but he is still a good strategist when it comes to combat and is actually kinda smart(his other traits take the most of him for most of the time though).

True, but I guess I should say "nearly everyone else's". There's a heck ton of High 1-As, that's for sure. Also, is there a website for posting fan characters aside from Joke Battles?
