Can you put that down than... also Dante can't be 5-B and in Majin Form at the same time. His Majin Form makes him stronger than even Sparda. DMC2 Dante is the strongest Dante has ever gotten.

It's less that she's weak and more that she's just outsped and haxed by those in Tier 5 (which include the likes of Superman, Wonder Woman, Mega Man e.t.c.)
