Magolor doesn't have much that can bypass Low-Godly. Friend Hearts are the only notable thing and it's arguable whether or not Magolor will actually be able to tag him with one before getting haxxed

I’m gonna vote bill cuz he seems to lead with snapping people into his own personal backscratcher (transmutation). As for magolor, his only wincon seems to be friend heart but I’m not sure if it works on 2-D beings. Might be a stomp (not sure cuz magalor seems to have the AP advantage)

Replying in order everything claimed:

Bill uses H2H more often when grown in size, he taunted Dipper to fight him while in a boxing-like way, tried to smash the Mystery Shack with a giant fist and then proceeded to keep punching it many times without fully knowing yet that it was immune to it, without mentioning that he was shown poking Earth and taking a bite out of it. Saying that he starts with hax is less objective, being big is already a power he's using.

"2-D beings" if they were special in any way Bill's profile should say it, and Bill's not even that anymore.

One could argue Bill's transmutation is better than what Magolor can resist now that it's planetary, but it can also be an area of effect thing and that Bill can't put that much potency of his transmutation on smaller targets like Magolor, case in point Bill wasn't able to put the potency of his full or even planetary size while in Gravity Falls and was trapped there.

Sleep Manip is argued between being a form of Mind Manip or stamina being messed up, if it's the former Magolor can resist it, if it's the latter then Bill wasn't shown putting someone with Magolor's stamina to sleep, just a kid.

Biological Manip isn't resisted but how would it be used? If it just deforms Magolor to hinder him like he shows in the show then good for that. If Bill deforms Magolor to death then Magolor can turn into a Ghost, hit his own dead body & use the remaining energies to revive himself with a healthy body.

Pertrification is transmutation but too popular to not have its own page.

oh if the transmutation is on that range then it should work, i trust that a lot more than i trust whatever text wall can be used to justify magolor getting a hit off with friend hearts, assuming those would bypass bill's resistance at all

I also find weird how Friend Hearts would work against a galaxy-sized Bill, they have no reason to expand all that much in what they do.

They can both beat each other physically tho, they both can't heal their incorporeal selfs, Magolor is stronger but can only reach to harm Bill via shooting a pathetic straight line with interstellar range (scaling from Kirby's baseball bat feat), Bill's bigger but an average punch or kick wouldn't do much, and all the damage from body slams wouldn't even be taken given how small Magolor is. But 1 would eventually fall.

Actually Bill has a solid win-con by crushing Magolor, given his higher LS, Magolor can only rely on the = speed, teleportation and higher combat skills to not let that happen.

Ok then, if so, then maybe the battle can be fairer since both if their options are bad against each other

Though Bill's AP would also likely be near 3-C anyway since he's almost Galactic in size. The only reason he isn't 3-C is because Ford is not also wider than the galaxy I think?

Humans also aren't 9-A sized

They can take a 9-A attack, die, but still have parts of their body remaining, notably their skeleton. If they needed to be "9-A sized" to take a 9-A attack then a 9-A attack would atomize a normal sized human.
