Magnus could turn Toujou into a hamster. Or likely desintegrate him. He also has got faster reaction speed.

Might as well put a few arguments out there myself, I guess.
Is the magical amplification for his reactions passive? And how much effort do the relevant spells need? Do they require an incantation, hand signs, ritual or something or do they simply activate per thought?
