It can feel seduction, yes. Her ability seems to work like the Pokemon move Attract, except it takes complete control over the opponent rather than partial.

Pretty sure she, untrained as she is, would be nimble enough to at least move out of the way (or go into spirit form) of a fish that will require wind up to launch itself at her. Or, it will try to fire something at her, but will need to flop around to face her first.

Else, it just flops around ineffectually, where she can kick it around until she knocks it out.

Also, Magikarp may pointlessly launch itself somewhere far out of range, and given that it's below average in intelligence, it may not even think to try and get back, giving the win via BFR.

I vote Mata Hari taking the majority.
