It was the first thing she tried on Discord, and her first responce to a three headed dog. I'd say she's liable to use it.

Not to mention she absolutley stomps in AP anyways. Not only is she 347 gigatons, but she is superior to someone who did that as a child, and restrained all of her friends sans Pinkie Pie, all whom are at least somewhat comparable to Rainbow Dash. Then she gets a massive power boost as an Alicorn. I'd easily argue she has great enough scaling to take on people at the edge of High 6-C.

In terms of sheer power, not hax. Not many High 6-Cs can claim they did their feat as a kid, then have a pretty good scaling chain afterwords. And Infamous is a 2.5 Gigatons away from the feat Twilight scales to. I wouldn't call that the edge of High 6-C.
