Does Mafuga's regen take stamina?

Can't answer that, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

He regenerated 2 times. First time blown to pieces by giant Doraemon, and second time cut to 3 pieces by a sword that felled him before, but in the second scenario the tail piece, his least hostile part, fell out and he regenerated with just the head and body into a smaller but more vicious version of himself

The tail part (which is sentient) absorbed the full thermal energy of a volcano and got boosted by wind energy from its allies, and flew in the opposite direction of the storm Mafuga whipped up, sucking him in and dispelling him. Basically a suicide move

For one it's one attack

Two you could only restrict abilities if they affected the tie ring, which CSRC no longer does

Three, Thats literally the only way Boros can beat its rege

Four, it was downgraded to 300 Pettatons and Mafuga does its feat by waking up
