why isn't Madoka low complex?
while i was looking at her page i saw that she had Acausality 5 and when i saw the reason it made me think it looked like a feat to put her low complex but on her page she is just 2-A

I'm not asking that she become low, I just want to know why she's not low 1-C

she has reached a higher plane of existence
and since the cosmology is 2-A, it seems logical to me that she is low 1-C

PMM characters were Low 1-C once... and then got immediately downgraded three days later. I recommend reading up on both of these CRTs to understand why Madoka is still 2-A.

For the record, being a higher dimensional or plane of existence doesn't mean low 1c, just that they exist on a higher dimensional axis. It needs to superior in some ways, i.e. infinitely or view the other as fiction, among a few others, in order to qualify for tier 1
