Madness Combat Discussion Thread: Redeemer

Some interesting info got revealed on Nevada Supermall

Being short, Swain believes that while a storyline and SQ's presence in it isn't canon, the portrayal of N51 itself is accurate and canon, so I suppose we can use Supermall for potential N51 pages

Do you have screenshots of that?

No, it wasn't said or showed. At most you can argue that he maybe was poisoned by dissonant from the Halo, but this is speculation at best and The Auditor is weak to dissonance yet can wield it fine

(Also, Krinkels downright debunked this notion)

Okay, thank you for clarifying

It took me forever, but i finally put the time into making The Machine's profile. this does not include The Grand Steward yet.
It looks pretty good. But I feel like you'd need more evidence than that to prove 1-A without relying on WOG. I think it is possible, as you can argue that things the machine defines are literal concepts, including space-time. Also being underlined in information. The Machine is also referred to as being Metaphysical by Doc, iirc. So with that I think we can make a solid argument for at least Low 1-A for the Machine.

I need to rework my older machine page on CSAP, since I made it a long time ago with little experience in making pages, and I don't think it looks that good to be honest

Oh no both the maker and the machine have plenty to be full 1-A, not just low 1-A. They have fairly clear Reality-Fiction Transcendence which puts them solidly into 1-A.

True, and Supermall adds a lot of interesting stuff to them

Cultists potentially can bump the low tier fodders to around Wall Level due to skeletons (who are considered to be pretty weak) being able to casually bust through large chunks of the grounds

we could probably see about calcing the skeleton's ground busting.

I actually have screenshots of skeletons doing it, but this is probably preferable to show a video instead

You also probably can mention that he is still referred with male pronounces (one of his names is literally "Mystery Dude")
He himself refers to himself as they/them sometimes. I think it’s just him being inconsistent.

It is also noteworthy that he also has a relatively masculine voice

I feel like he is a genderless being with masculine traits (much like 99% of characters in the setting)

More than likely. everyone in the series is genderless so chances are he shares the same theme, especially considering hes the creator

I just need to add some links, and i could actually make the CRT within the next few days at worst for The Maker.

He has risen.

I'm personally iffy on him being "At least Extraordinary Genius" and not just "Extraordinary Genius", but the rest check outs
He honestly borders on Supergenius if we're going to be honest, since he has the Enmeshment Plan feats plus his understanding of magic. He just shows better feats than christoff who's solidly Extraodinary genius.

Okay, dr. crackpot's page is done. He's got a few really weird (and honestly questionable) abilities on there like his Thaumaturgical Magic and his incredibly situational resistance to BFR that won't be useful 9/10.

I want to put him against Randall Flagg

Crackpot statstomps him and has some good hax against Randall, but Randall also has very powerful haxes that should make the fight fair

I think Thaumaturgy is fine, since his loadout's description does say that he explicitly uses Magic and it looks exactly like attacks of Thaumatic Robots (while also being similar to Magiturge's Thaumaturgy as well)
