No, because he gains those abilities based off hell itself, not the fact he’s there. They just shouldn’t be there

Nah. you could argue he's only Street-Wall with Attack Potency, since he hadn't harmed anyone in that tier range until post MC 4.

Here actually also feat of Bandit busting gates (While weakened), which was also calculated to 8-C
Also Tricky sliced big chunk of the Ground in MC 5
Also Protagonists tanked solid Building-sized explosion in the start of the games
