why is hank gaining abilities from hell as if he can perform the things he does in hell outside of it

the psuedo-flight should be removed. he can't normally pull that off.

No, because he gains those abilities based off hell itself, not the fact he’s there. They just shouldn’t be there

Early hank is 9-A. he currently is accepted to be scaled to the wall jesus blasted him through.

Nah. you could argue he's only Street-Wall with Attack Potency, since he hadn't harmed anyone in that tier range until post MC 4.

Also Tricky sliced big chunk of the Ground in MC 5
