The real Raiden is in a pocket dimension within her sword. The only way Madara would face her is if she transports him there herself, since Madara lacks a way to enter the dimension.

Not really if both characters can one shot each other, and is not a ¨who trows it first¨ scenario, it should been fine (most jojo matchs works under that logic)
Yeah, Madara has the AP advantage with Susanoo and Raiden has durability negation. They also have means to avoid each others attacks.

tbh we're not really sure if she was at base when she cut Orobashi. all the lore says she did it so with musuo no hitotachi which has many versions. but since the one from the Orobashi is pretty massive then its likely a big cut shown from her boss fight
