Her taijutsu / ninjutsu were also above both Naruto and Sasuke, Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo destroyed with a single chakra bitch slap, even reacted to the Sasuke's Amenotejikara

her Kekkei Mora Byakugan + Rinne Sharingan > Rinnegan + Rinne Sharingan, whose quality should be lower than the original owner, Kaguya herself (better sensing ability)

Kaguya also has All-Killing Ash Bone, turn anything into ashes, easily pierced Perfect Susanoo's armor, even Naruto's miraculous Jesus-like healing ability can't stop its effect

on top of all, she has ETSB

Madara's only chance to win is only through trickery, as she is just a lonely woman :'D, he could just propose a marriage to her and then seal her for good later xD

Madara would is weaker than Kahuya, since Naruto said that she was on a total other level than Madara, but with Madara he is more intelligent than Kaguya and can put up a better fight. So it all depends, Kaguya when she fought her two sons was stronger than the ten tails and that is base Kaguya, then you have madara who said he could take on and beat ten tails Obito when he came back to life, power wise Kaguya wins since she was able to take on both naruto and sasuke more easily then Madara did.
