I don't think Arceus has a way to bypass Mid-Godly, but his page long amount of hax could probably help. I'll wait for more imput.

Just gonna point out that M should be able to kill ppl with mid godly regen and type 8 immortality, since even fodder in comparison to him like Golden King and Chuthulu can do it. And considering he is also the king of the old ones, who are all conceptual beings, and is like the most poweful being in the series if i am not mistaken.

Now, I may not know about Shikkoku no Sharnoth at all, but from looking at M, all I can say is inconclusive. Arceus isn't getting past Type 8 Mid-Godly (depending on what the Type 8 is dependent on.), and acausality beats timehax (unless Arceus has feats that upscales him from Dialga).

Meanwhile, M has absolutely nothing that Arceus doesn't laugh at, offensively.

So unless Arceus has that magical timehax that beats immeasurable acausals, I see this as inconclusive.
