Luigi vs Tails

Round 1: Base Tails (Low 7-B) vs Low End Luigi (Low 7-B), speed equalized.

-Luigi has no powerups

-Neither does tails

Round 2: Tails with Cyclone (7-B) vs Low End Luigi (Low 7-B), speed equalized.

-They both have all of their powerups and equipment.

-Luigi even gets all of Mario's powerups, but he doesn't get his Poltergust or any invincibility powerups aside from the Starman.

Round 3: Super Tails (4-A) vs High End Luigi (4-A), speed equalized. Both have all of their powerups and equipment, no exceptions. Tails has unlimited time in his super form.

Tails has color powers and any other abilities he may have as well, but if it makes the match too stompy, we can remove abilities accordingly.
