A few forms and arcs were forgotten: Nightmare Luffy, Desrossa Arc, CP9, and even from his first outfit. I believe some of these were here before.

Nightmare Luffy has its own profile. As for his other outfits, why would they need to be on there?

Because his tiers change throughout the arcs as well as his appearance, and there are multiple tiers for him but only his post-timeskip base form is on the page

Situational forms like Wax Luffy, Water Luffy or Afro Luffy aren't worth mentioning.

The Wax Armor is something created by another character. It wouldn't even be a part of Luffy's standard equipment.

Not quite the same.

Assuming you're referring to the movie, Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet are always on-screen together and he almost always uses it. It is very much a part of his standard equipment.

Meanwhile Luffy used Wax Armor for... a chapter or two, on a single arc.

Wrong equivalency. Champion Luffy relies on Galdino's wax which isn't Luffy's own power. While Thanos gained the IS by himself and aren't individuals with free will as Galdino is.

In any case you can start the gallery with the images of the other outfits but that changes nothing.

At best we can argue about Luffy's Limited Water Manipulation with Mizu Luffy but that's an Out of Character move and it's pretty much worthless to mention.

He also gains limited resistence to Poison with the Wax armor.

No, he doesn't.

He avoids touching the poison due to wearing something that comes between him and the poison, but if we said that counted as resistance than every single character who wears armor would have Limited Resistance to Poison.

I said Limited as in meaning it protects his arms and legs that are concealed in the armor.

It doesn't matter because Luffy has that resistance by himself already. None of those forms/cloths grants a real upgrade and many of them only works under the power of another person so they aren't applicable to Luffy.

He didn't build an antibody to it until ''way'' after he fought Magellan. It was only discovered after the timeskip.

And he didn't built the antibodies with the Champion Luffy mode either. Galdino's wax has that property not Luffy.

That's why Luffy with Wax Armor should be on the page, because it provides that protection for certain parts and would technically count as a power-up.
