Luffy's Base vs Gear 4th Comparison.

I noticed that Whole Cake Island Luffy's base is low 6B as well as his gear 4th. Shouldn't gear 4th give Luffy a massive power up to take him to 6B instead of low 6B +? Though I suppose the difference between small country level (base) and small country level + (gear 4th) is immense.



Although current base Luffy still couldn't pull this Dress Rosa feat off, and his Gear 4th is even stronger in the Whole Cake Island arc, but we don't know how much stronger due to lack of AoE feats.

the listing is fine because as you stated (low) 6B to 6B+ is actually quite immense, and base Luffy scales to 6B (low) based off that fight with Fuji iirc. THis is probably as accurate as we're gonna get for now

The difference between low 6-B and baseline 6-B isn't immense.

The difference between baseline Low 6-B and 6-B is 7x. Gear Fourth was described by Doflamingo to deal "the triple of damage" from his base haki attacks. So no, it doesn't put him at Country level yet.

Yes that's the difference between baseline low 6-B and baseline 6-B. Luffy is Low 6-B, while in Gear Fourth Luffy is 5 Teratons. 6-B starts at 7 Teratons.
