Luffy vs Tao Pai Pai

Yeah i'm gonna have to side with Luffy on this one.

You guys have to give a small description as to why Luffy would win in order for the vote to be counter (as i've been told a few times

Luffy wins. He has the speed and physical advantage by a large margin. He could probably compete with DB Piccolo and Goku, who are both leagues superior to Tao's peak. I am completely against this wiki's calculation towards Tao apparently being MHS and city level. Tien blitzed him and he was around the lower end (at least closer to Mach 100 than Mach 600)... Tao is overestimated and Luffy stomps him. Cyborg Tao would only have a chance if we're looking at Luffy around the time he initially entered the Grand Line.
