Shiro has higher Regenerationn so I don't see why should you leave unequalised speed to give her even more chances to win.

Shiro's higher speed is the only thing that gives her the win though. Without it, Lucy would simply rip Shiro into various pieces (I mean she has done that in the past) which requires high-mid regen to survive
