I don't really know what is Sasuke's AP but Luck has 94kt dura so for sure it's above Sasuke's AP

Luck also has RPL to adapt to Sasuke, add that to his stats amp and you have a winner

The AP is clearly in favor of Luck. He is almost 2x stronger than Sasuke.
Luck also has Reactive Power Level, Amplification and Danmaku and this leaves Sasuke at a huge disadvantage.

However, Sasuke has Shushin and a very good precognition. Although, Sasuke (Part 1) literally can do nothing to beat Luck, and obviously will lose quickly , which seems to be a stomp, thanks to Sasuke having no way to win.

I obviously vote for Luck and I think this is a stomp. However, I think it would be much better to use Sasuke (Part 2). He would still be in Tier and at least he would have a chance to win.

As far as it seems, Luck scales to this feat and it was redone by Executor, with a total of 94.4 Kilotons.

If this is correct, then yes. This is a stomp.
If Luck doesn't scale to this feat, then I will argue later.

All Sasuke has is precognition, but that doesn't matter when Luck passively gets stronger.

Luck is waaaaay to fast for sasuke, sasuke wont touch him before being defeated in attacks he doesnt even see coming.

We have a 2x weaker character, while it is 2x more durable, which passively gets stronger and has Amplifiers.

I advise to put Sasuke (BoS Part 2). He has some ways to win, so I think it would be more acceptable.

But ... This tournament at the very least is weird with these stomps matchs. I'm fine with that!
