the only problem left is Lucemon's speed. His highest speed is MFTL+, possibly infinite

While Lucifer is immesurable for being able to walk in a multiversal void where concept of time is dead.

Well Lucemon can make himself intagible. Also Lucemon can create angel-digimon or manipulate them to fight with him as well. Plus killing Lucemon could subjugate Lucifer to Purgatory similar to Dianamon. Plus both can't really die since they will be instantly reborn. hmm.....

I'd say that Lucifer has better hax, but considering that both have incredibly powerful regenerative immortality...
