If a character is using telekinesis to lift/pull/push something, can that feat be used/calced as Lifting Strength as if he was using his muscles?

If it's portrayed in such way where they had to build momentum and the like, I think it is valid for Class something via telekinesis.

Depends if their physical power source is used for their telekinesis. Otherwise, they are separate.
