This is important as the only places that has access to travel to other worlds/dimensions

Worlds and dimensions are referred separately as stated by Merlon

Has control over the flow of dimensional energy meaning flipside town basically connected all other worlds together. Making it extradimensional.

please provide scans cause I'm not really convinced, (not that I really was either way) honestly unsure. Seems like flowery language (either that or I don't know shit about tier 1)

Again, please provide scans. I know what you're referring to but that was rejected. Like every other Mario upgrade past 2022 I guess maybe Low 1-C Range or just an ability? Either way can't be convinced (I'm fine with Low 1-C Range but not Low 1-C with Cutout)
