Before getting into this, let's discuss the Minecraft World Cosmology! WOOHOO
As explained in the Minecraft Cosmology Blog for VS Battles Wiki, The Overworld, Nether and End are all separate dimensions infinite in size with their own space-time. Up to this point, everything is on point. So, up to this point, the cosmology scales at Low Multiversal (2-C)
However, the blog has a major problem, the fact that it includes the End Poem, which is a really controversial thing to do since it's just a poem and the story presented in it could be metaphorical and not lore material. It has been discussed multiple times on the site that the End Poem shouldn't be counted for the cosmology.
The Cosmology is also far from the truth, because everyone up until this point ignored the fact that the minecract world is a hypertimeline.
Yes, it is pretty easy for video games to quallify for hypertimelines these day, right? The reason why Minecraft quallifies is because a minecraft world can be copied and can have saves and backups, which copy the entire minecraft world at a specific point in time. Since all minecraft dimensions are different space-times, unless for a higher dimension of time, this process would he impossible, and it implies that Minecraft Worlds use a higher temporal dimension to track everything that happens in the world in order for backups and saves of the entire world, which contains multiple dimensions. Similarly, the /tick command in minecraft, a command which affects the very flow of time of the minecraft world, affects all dimensions at once, something that, again, wouldn't be possible, since, even if they are parallel space-times, you can't control multiple different time-flows "at the same time", since they all posses different dimensions of time, and this would only be possible if there was a single universal time-flow for the minecraft world.
"But the copy, saves and backup mechanics aren't canon"
1) They are;

In conclusion, a Minecraft World is Low Complex Multiversal (Low 1-C), and so is the Small Private World since it can store up to any countable number of minecraft worlds.
How does this apply to the command block? It can run the /tick command. Yes, that's my reasoning and yes it's totally valid.
