The Dragon Ball Universe is split into two "worlds". The Living World and the World Beyond. The Living World is referred to as "Universe", and the World Beyond is referred to as "Cosmos" on the Dragon Ball Universe map.

4. The Hyperbolic Time Chamber:
The size of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is was once implied to be Earth-sized

But Dende stated it is an entire universe.

There are two conflicting statements here, but Dende's should be more reliable, as he knows more about the Time Chamber than Goku and Gohan, and Goku also stated that it was supposed to be the size of Earth, implying he was not sure.

The Dragon Ball Universe has two Universe sized spacetime continuums, so an attack that can destroy the Dragon Ball Universe is Low Multiversal level.
