Fear hax isn't strong enough to incapacitate any experienced fighter, I believe.
The luck thing can help to evade attacks at times but isn't so strong that enemies just completely miss on their own or anything like that.
Precognition is... well precognition. Let's him see a second or so into the future.

Want ask about mind hax, absolute zero and intangibility. Otherwise, seems fine.

Mind Hax comes from shamak, a shadow spell where a shadow is summoned and if it makes contact with a person their mind is distorted, are blinded, and other debuffs happen.
Absolute Zero is through ice attacks, his “Beast of the End” form passively freezes his surroundings at AZ, however his base form does not. I imagine he can freeze things at AZ physically, but he normally just launches AZ ice attacks.
Intangibility almost seems like a non-factor….at least in the anime he was becoming intangible when he was dying, weakened, or going back into a gem.

Which ones? Doppel does have mind hax and reality warping but would go for physical attacks, and felicia can be killed before that

First physiology concerned me with reactive evolution, 2 characters here weren't added to tournament because of that ability.
Second (witch) physiology have like, Reality Warping, Mind Hax, Life Absorbation, Self-Resurrection and curses

His corrosion inducement, life manipulation and his large size.
Otherwise seems fine.

Reactive evolution takes enough time that it won’t come up in a fight for resistance and the becoming stronger when damaged is temporary
Felicia can be killed before using doppel but for it
Uses mainly physical attacks like earth manip instead of reality warping and mind manip
Life absorption takes long enough that i don’t expect it to come up if doppels even last long enough for that
Doppels don’t have the resurrection, which wouldn’t be combat applicable anyway
Curses need an extremely powerful witch to be combat applicable, the only one we see that from is tier 5, which felicia’s doppel very isn’t

Life and corrosion powers only work when it kills 3700-2 not really helpful here and are explained in ways that are not really combat useful and if we have it weakened still there should be ways most characters can locate a weaker part of the shell and hammer into it until 3700-1 can't keep going.
