As always speed is equal and this round's location is forest at winter.

Quick Plot: Garou was walking around forest and sees a suspicious person, it was Akame who wanted to kill him for unknown reason. They're not so long from each other and so, they're prepared to clash with each other.

ok just to point out that this is not the first time Akame fight undeads so definetly will wait opportonities for surprise attack Jyrik
and the success could be great since the location is a forest wich is perfect to a master assassin like Akame
Akame could surprise attack Jyrik and slice him to pieces

and if she fail she will just try again but in different spots

Draugr Jyrik literally can't leave his Tomb because he was sealed inside of it. That and the Eye of Magnus there to give him his Smurfy Forcefield. It doesn't amp him, it's just more durable than anything in this Tournament.

I confirm Anakaris hasn't fought anyone canonically.
KoF is horribly outdated and I will work on it in a far future, but I guess they are viable for the time being.

Human Garou sounds ok I think, he doesn't even met Flashy Flash at that moment.
His Adaptation and reactive evolution works after he gets KO'd if I remember correctly. For instance if Garou did not escaped he could be beaten by the guy in dog suit, and he got pretty constantly beaten by monsters during manga, despite of adapting later.

more skilled well akame fought characters wich have more skill than her and still managed to hold her own or either win

Akame's blade negates resistance to poison so Popted is correct, she can kill Garou by her blade.
