I didnt pay much attention to Asta vs Natsu, so i dont know what lead to the incon. Assuming that Asta Antimagics Natsus body heat, i would give this to Dry: He is the better fighter overall and hes a cunning bastard. He would step back and let the hotheaded boys butt heads before cleaning up what remains.

IF Asta does not negate Natsus body heat then Natus quiet easily. Drys incon hinged on him being capable of killing Natsu before he succumbes to the heat. With Asta in play, he woudnt be able to safely bumrush Natsu before he gets too hot. Any second wasted on Asta would move the odds in Natsus favor tremendously.
