But no, not currently, he can affect type 4 acasuals, just no 6-D. But for speed, Vash' feat is very similar to one that's performed by Helios, who's fodder, and Kratos' RE/AD has allowed him to keep up with and even surpass dudes who intially blitz him.
Hope Kratos is on another level.

Er, transcendence or higher-dimensional existence isn't tied to speed at all. A 12-dimensional being can entirely be slower than a scooter.
Type 4 Acausality doesn't counter Time Manipulation though? Like, if he resists it regardless then sure but this isn't something that auto-protects from that type of hax.

No. It protects against Causality Manipulation, Fate Manipulation and Precognition. Beyond that, it needs special proof of protecting against other powers.

Did you read my last comment as something pertaining to speed? Because I wasn't, speed is equalized already so I wouldn't have mentioned it. I was more so talking about potency and the range / AoE of Vash's attacks.
Don't some people have Type 4 for working on a different flow of time? Like dmc Demons.

Yes but he doesn't really use it in character. Things like Auto-matic Angel Wings do however and act independently from Vash's actions.
