Kratos does resist immortality negation though

Welp, Vash's only wincon would be sealing Kratos away with Sub-Space bullets. Does Kratos have Dimensional Travel or resist BFR/Sealing on the level of Vash's Sub-Space bullets?.

Black-Hole bullets would be another win-con if Vash feels the need to use them.

well what does vash start with
In this key BFR bullets since he avoids anything non fatal for the most part. Said BFR bullets have massive AoE along with being 6-D.

Black-Hole bullets are the fatal version and those have 6-D power nullification and the negation of immortality and Mid-Godly regeneration.

Although I don't really think either combatant would kill another here. Vash would sympathize with Kratos and respect him, making that clear from the beginning.

High key Vash would be the perfect therapist for Kratos lol.

Muh dimensions, tier 1 is so ass.

Anyway kratos doesn't resist sealing or BFR in any form so if it's remotely in character for Vash then he should take this.

BFR is Vash's immediate move in character. The AoE is kilometers in nature and expand instantly, topped with Vash's incredible aim and dumb RE which let's him catch up from 3-D to 5-D. Vash and Knives's took turns blitzing one another back and forth in their infinite speed keys, and scales above the standard Non Independent Plant growth rate which is infinite.

Kratos kills with any attack landing since all of it is Hope imbued but if BFR is instantly an opener then Vash is taking it I think.

If BFR is the immediate opener then Vash might end up taking it most likely for Planck's reasons.

Can't Kratos just dodge? Vash's BFR is bullet based (The bullets create black holes and then suck you to the subspace)

As someone who also has read Trigun and is one of the main supporters for the verse, Vash's main offensive move in this key against someone he wishes not to kill would be his Sub-Space bullets, he only uses his Black Hole bullets if he's against someone he's willing to, and actively wants to kill, like Knives.

He's scales way about people who have dodged infinite range projectiles.
Thats a lot different than something that's an infinite grade above you (5-D vs 6-D.). This is different than Helios, who's range is infinitely lesser than Vash's.
And he could easily stop time before he's hit
Vash's inherent Plant Acausality Type 4 already counters that unless Kratos has feats of effecting 6-D based type 4 Acausality. Vash's speed and RE would also let him counter this.
