Anyway, Le Blanc's profile says she needs a long time to cast her spells. Current Megumin can cast explosions seemingly instantly, so I say Le gets blown up.

Just to check what level are her casual explosions? And then again Louise can just teleport so... And has to be Jucas, names are important

Her casual explosions surely cannot be just Human level which is what Louise's durability is.

They destroyed a wall a couple of times or filled a room so there's that. But yeah I'm sure her output isn't too bad.

Louises casual explosion once made a hole large enough for a bunch of people to fall into

Can she teleport while casting her magic?

No, I mean, while she's casting her attacking magic, can she use the teleportation?

Then her best bet is to really survive. She's really reliant on Saito huh. Does Megumi have any stamina issues?

She can only attack once before collapsing of exhaustion. So, yeah.

Well.... that simplifies things. If she can only attack once then if Louise survives she'll win. If not she wins.

To be perfectly honest this fight is mainly decided is Louise tries to cast her explosion right off the bat. Unless she can teleport mid-cast Megumin should take this with her much faster explosion casting. Megumin is weaker in destruction but she does take out Louise's durability with ease.
Also Louise would probably want to be able to reach Megumin with her explosion too so they'd likely be within range of each other to hit each other with their explosions. Megumin's explosions are shown to be the size of towns so...
