i go with Nappa he has a Small Star Durability which puts him already at low 4-C(in Dura) that is above anything Boros can muster.

low 4-C? He is 5-B according to his profile

yeah i know i misread it its 0:20 in my Country (Germany) and i am tid sleepy and read small Star level Feat but yeah that changes the Game ofc. But Nappa seems to have survived Worse then Boros (Manga) (Anime would win i mean Star destroying roar Canon)

This is a battle that's actually quite hard for me to answer. I'll go with Nappa due to Him most likely outlasting Boros, Boros going into meterotic burst should be enough to damage Nappa quite heavily, But that form does tire him immensly. Than Nappa would probably get enraged and start hitting Boros with his strongest ki attacks, Most likely vaporizing him in the process (Boros could regenerate but Nappa has moves that could vaproize his entire body, this includes that orb that allows him to put his body back together) That is how I think it would go.

There has been actually a breakdown of Boros' second last attack against Saitama before he knocked him into the moon. Murata broke down the fight and explained that Boros and Saitama turned into beams of light. Would that mean he's SoL?

Regardless siding with Nappa here. Here's another baldie that's going to have the best expression as he whoops Lord Boros' ass. At least until I hear more about you guys and your thoughts about potential SoL Boros

Nappa should win imo, he outlasts Boros, who takes extreme strain on his body while using meteoric burst, and without that I don't see him even hurting Nappa, even then with meteoric burst Nappa will not go down easily, certainly not in a few hits. Also I think Nappa having true flight and more varied ways of using ki/energy manipulation, as well as likely being somewhat faster in combat would bring him the win.

the thing about lord bors and his feat are the sheer discrepancy in the way they are described.

for example: in the anime his final move is called "collapsing star roaring canon" which is meant to destroy saitama and the entire planet, indicating a full planet level tier

in the redrawn manga however it is only described as a lifewiper attack, specifically stating, boros will only wipe out the "planets surface"

another thing many people tend to forget is, in the original webcomic boros never kicks saitama to moon and there is no clear indication if his attack would destroy the surface or the planet itself

if in doubt, we usually go with the lower value. and while the anime portraied things rather dramatic, the original and redrawn manga have this feat at a much lower value, which we usually take for vsbattles (manga, not anime)

@RavenSupreme: Fair enough. I have only seen the anime so I wouldn't have known that. Given that then alongside the endurance factor I'd say Nappa takes the win.
