Looney Tunes Tiering Revision: Maintain the Toon Agenda is our Top Priority

Introduction:

“Outliers and Inconsistency” are probably the two words most repeated when talking about Toon Force in a powerscaling sense, one franchise that stands out from the rest is Looney Tunes, not only by how popular it is but also by how wacky the content inside it can get.

How consistent a feat is has always been something to worry when scaling a cartoon character, mainly due to literally no writer caring about this, however, Looney Tunes is an interesting case, it surprisingly has a lore and some explanations to why the characters power levels vary so much.

This thread has the mission of set a new Tiering for the characters based on different ratings that portrays their power on a way that is as accurate as possible

Massive thanks to @DimeUhDozen for making the thread that heavily inspired this one, to @Tonygameman for making this CSAP profile, from where i gathered some feats, and for the creators of this blog. Looney Tunes is a massive franchise, so i wouldn't in anyway be able to do the research all by myself, massive thanks for them

This won't be a CRT of mine without an Introduction, but i want it to look smaller than it is so i will leave the Introduction as optional reading (If that's the right word to use...)

Anyway, if you skipped the Introduction: The main objective of this thread is to set a Tiering for LT characters based on the already accepted idea of it having a Varies rating + Some ways to differentiatte between their power levels

Varies Rating:
This has been already approved here:

And is already applied on the Toon Physiology page:

So yeah, we just need to use it on the profiles

Low Tiering:
There are several feats that could be used as part of the "Low Tiering", the only one currently accepted, however, is this 8-B Durability feat from Wile E. Coyote in the “Operation: Rabbit” short. Bugs can harm Coyote and Coyote can harm exact clones of himself in “Multiply and Conquer”

Regarding speed, they should scale to Sub-Relativistic via this feat of a casual Road Runner traveling aroung the whole planet in seconds (Bugs Bunny does a similar feat with a baseball in "Hare We Go"). Wile E. Coyote can keep up with this casual Road Runner and sometimes even outrun him, only getting speedblitzed when The Road Runner does the classic "Beep Beep" sound

Their LS will be Class 10 via scaling to Coyote and should go up to Class K via Bugs and Yosemite Sam lifting a giant ship

Mid Tiering:
Here is the Tier that the cosmic stuff starts to appear, where characters are able to endure the destruction of and destroy entire celestial bodies, such as planets, moons and stars. This Tier mainly represent the best a Toon can achieve while still not trying to kill anyone (Not joking)

Throughout the several cosmic feats of the franchise, we have one where Porky survives the Universe being popped out like a balloon, given the series universe is currently accepted as infinite, the feat should be a High 3-A one

In Speed, they should scale to Yakko reacting and piloting a spaceship which can maneuver across interestellar distances, one billion asteroids and travel to the Halley Comet in seconds, aka MFTL+

High Tiering:
Oh boy, here we go…. This is the tiering that everyone knows, the one where Bugs Bunny and co. destroy your favorite franchise with little to no effort.

The Most important feats are the following:
The Universal feats previously mentioned are impressive, but for the ones above: Their cartoon should contain…. Everything that exists on the cartoon

Each image in the film reel contains an individual moment in time as we see in the Hamton and Daffy/Porky feats. At a first glance this would mean their film reels contain their past, present and future. Destruction of this reel entirely would mean they survive 4-D destruction. Or Low 2-C.

However, due to it containing the entire cartoon, it should contain the entire Multiverse that expands itself every time someone does an alteration in the space-time continuum, we already accepted this structure as being 2-B (29,420 Universes), it should be way bigger than that, though. Given that Brain traveled back in time and altered the space-time continuum millions of times in the same day during a time loop, the Multiverse should scale to millions of timelines (Far more than 19,000,000 millions of timelines, to be exact)…. Yes, this is insane as it sounds

Going a bit more controversial: Bugs Bunny states that he once traveled to the 25th Century by burrowing. Characters like Daffy Duck can keep up with him while he is burrowing so they should receive an "Immeasurable at peak" rating

Conclusion:
Every single Toon we currently have profiles for should have their tier updated to "Varies from 8-B to High 3-A. 2-B at his peak". The 8-B rating represents the minimum of power they naturally have access to, the 3-A one represents what the best they can achieve while still "holding back" their power and following the script, while the 2-B rating shows the peak of a Toon's power, when they aren't holding back and are taking a fight serious

I have no knowledge on Cool Cat, Freakazoid and The World of Mayhem characters so i don't know how the thread should apply to them (As such, i will also not apply it on the profiles), any help would be appreciated

Regarding Coyote's equipment and preparation: I guess it should be fine to give him a "higher" rating by using them, given they are usually portrayed as stronger than his physicals (Btw: Wile should also receive Mid-Tier Toon Physiology due to obvious reasons)

That's all folks!

Not giving my judgment for a revision yet. (TBH, not very proud with that profile these days. Sources are either gone or expired, beside others likely not taking this seriously; wouldn't trust other debating wikis as proof)
