Pralaya was confirmed to be an aspect of the Presence by JM D Matteis on twitter. Not sure how we're supposed to absolve her relationship with the Presence though. Surely that doesn't make her as strong as the Presence.

If she is anywhere near Presence, she would automatically win. I don't know if being an aspect of Yahweh is even quantifiable, since he told Lucifer, Gabriel and Michael that they're all his aspects. Going off by what was shown in JL Dark comic, I believe Living Tribunal can invoke Scathan's power to delay the Sea of Brahma and subdue her the same way

we don't rightfully know how strong the espects of the presence are in genral so i'll go for living tribunal via law manip or inconclusive due to the vast differences between aspects of presence in terms of sheer power
