Living Shadow Tier?

So I'm trying to figure out if this character would be 11-A or not. While he was just a shadow he was locked to the ground and couldn't lift off at all. He could move around a bunch and could climb objects and stuff but those objects had to be touching whatever surface he was currently on. Eventually this happened and he was 3-D from then on. If I need to provide more information, let me know, but I'm off to the shower for now.

While he can't do it willingly, he CAN move in 3D environments. Also 2-Dimensional would imply he can only move on the X Axis I believe, not Y as X and Y axis' would imply 3 Dimensionality. The very fact he could go upwards would make him 10-C I believe. Besides the fact that Shadows are TECHNICALLY 3D Since shadows can't really exist on a 2D plain. Unless There's like a 2D sun or something.

So it DOES exist in the 3D realm, just very very very very thin amount of molecules. That's 10-C yerp
