Does Liu have any experience with anyone with Ryu's moveset and Ki use?

Cuz Ryu has experience with nunchuck and fire users.

There's Kobra copying Ken from Street Fighter who's similar, but that doesn't really matter much especially if the tier doesn't quite line up with Liu Kang. Same thing could be said about the guy you're referring to.

Ryu's moveset is pretty basic tbh

Liu fought and won against different kinds of kombatants who spam teleportation, possess 10,000 years of combat experience and even employ psychic powers and sorcery (e.g. telekinesis, shapeshifting, etc.)

Ryu's kind of the same case, the guy you're referencing is probably way weaker than Liu Kang. Also, looks at their calculations. Liu Kang is nearly twice as strong and durable as Ryu. Liu Kang is 12 Megatons while Ryu is only 6.3 Megatons.

Oh and both versions have that feat where they fight a being who has 2,000 to 10,000 years of combat experience

I don't think experience exactly helps. Liu beat Shao Kahn who is tens of thousands of years old and has been fighting for most of it.

Well, M.Bison and Dalsim just pop to the other side of the screen, they do not need to jump to the edge of the screen like Scorpion or Noob has to do, and have more options out of it.

Why are you using game mechanics, also both Noob and Scorpion have teleports so your argument is wrong anyway.

That has nothing to do with what Ryu can do; nor do either one of them have legit teleportation. Also, Liu Kang is also able to fight on par with Raiden; who can teleport and shoot lightning, transform into a lightning bolt and all that.
