Little CRT over one of the best ".exes".

Alright this is going to be pretty quick, I found information that would massively upgrade the Tier of this character, Sonic.OMT, to 3-A Low 2-C. But I would prefer more opinions in case I am wrong. Basically, there are things that hint that he is the universe itself, both some parts of the game where we literally see his face in the sky, a statement that he's merged with the game world, and an even more explicit statement where OMT says it is the universe (this is also consistent with the fact that he is said to be able to manipulate the game world to the point of being considered a god). This would obviously make it Omnipresent as well. This would also give him Low Godly Regeneration since he came back after the game world (which we know to be OMT) was destroyed by an attack from Fatal Error, a character who specializes in destroying universes to become more powerful or something.

Statement that he merged with the universe:

one night omt began to modify each part of it game, turning it into part of it, becoming something more digital, merging with it and using the sprite of sonic exe as a "physical" form, changing it to how he thought it would look better, in order to execute his experiment

Since the character isn't like he's very well known, I guess if there's no feedback after a few days I'll just apply the changes, but just in case I wanted to be safe by making a thread.

I'm not sure if this would make his LS Universal, so I left it Unknown for now.

Edit: Originally I thought OMT shouldn't be Low 2-C because it was destroyed by an attack that level, but that would just mean Fatal is Low 2-C but higher. Also, it was said that he was merged with the whole game, which should include his time, and when the game world (I.e. OMT) was completely destroyed by Fatal and then OMT regenerated, time also returned, which would only make sense if OMT was also the time.

I will also add HDE 4D to it haha.

I'm not sure if this would make his LS Immeasurable, so I left it Unknown for now.
