Ironically, Linoge's storm is literally the storm of the century, which is a blizzard, covering the entire East Coast of Maine, his most frightening power, however is his total knowledge of his opponents which some believe is ni omniscience. While it IS most likely just advanced clairvoyance and foresight, not omniscience, it's still a very big problem.
