Although if we're updating his profile, his justification for durability needs to be changed. Walking into a storm doesn't mean you tank every bit of energy that was used to generate it.

I mean... does he scale to it at all? Being unafected by the winds shouldn't be too far above 9-A, because surface area is a thing.

It's been a long time since I watched Storm of the Century, and I also wasn't the one who made his page, so I couldn't tell you for sure.
I don't actually remember him doing much physically, aside from beating an old woman to death with his cane. (Yeah...)

Also, I don't think that Andre Linoge is meant to be portrayed as ni-omniscient, he has unearthly knowledge that is very deep and far reaching, but that's not the same thing.

My sentiments are the same, at least for now. I may go rewatch SotC later to see what needs cleaning up, but this revision in particular seems fine for the moment.
