This is Majora's Mask Link.

Stats are equalized. Ikki starts in Rasetsu and it's permanent.

Link starts with the Stone Mask on and the Lens of Truth in hand.

Ikki is willing to abuse Trackless Step.

(Yes, this is a match on what's better, Trackless Step or the Stone Mask)

The first dude who had it, Shiro, spent years yelling for help, grabbing people to notice him, to no avail until Link found him via the Lens of Truth. It magically makes you as imperceptible as a random rock, even as they're driving a sword into your chest.

He compensated for the unnaturally and partially removed visual information and, he saw it.

Rising to the surface as it if revealed itself.

The place where the only thing that could be seen with nothing but his eyes was a blank space.

A woman was standing there.

A silver-haired woman who was staring at him with eyes of different color and who quietly surrounded him at a distance without letting anyone other than Ikki that she was here.

How he could notice the hair colour of the woman if his eyes couldn't get her is beyond me but hey here it is.

Stone Mask is more perception manipulation than invisibility, so echo location isn't very useful.

Think of it like a very weaker form of the ability Aizen uses (weaker in the sense that he can only use it to make himself unnoticeable).

For the same reason normal sight doesn't work, it's not invisibility but perception manipulation (a subset of mind manipulation).

Plus, the guy who originally wore the mask made yelled for help but no one heard him.

Not really. It just means ikki can't hear him directly, not that he stops making sound waves bounce off him.

Yeah but as i said, color doesn't vibrate things differently, unless he can literally feel the frequencies of the electromagnetism bouncing off of objects.

No, but the pigment (or lack thereof) that creates a certain hair colour can be felt/influence them.
