Guts via skill and experience imo. Link doesn't really have anything that Guts hasn't defeated before from much more threatening enemies. Guts has likely seen more fights than Link has seen enemies.

Guts should take this since a number of Link's abilities won't do much for the guy. The reflecting shield won't do much since Guts doesn't really use projectiles at all during this time in the story, the time manipulation also won't work on him since he's not an airborne enemy, the empathic manipulation doesn't look THAT useful when they're willing to kill, so sitting down and talking is the last thing they're gonna do.
Guts also trumps CDI link in terms of skill. He fought a hundred soldiers at once, trained in the art of combat ever since he was a kid, choked out a gigantic apostle with his bare hands, and has a high pain tolerance as shown numerous times he's been in a major battle throughout the golden age arc.
