Link (ALTTP) vs Bowser

After defeating Agahnim, Link has his magical dimension hopping duck fly him to the Pyramid of Power. Before heading into Ganon's chambers however, Link quickly stocks up on some equipment before he finally jumps into the Pyramid of Power only to see Ganon has already been defeated by Bowser, who wanted the Triforce in order to finally defeat Mario. With the chamber to the Triforce now opened, Link and Bowser fight to see who gets to have their wishes granted (Bowser basically becomes the new final boss of ALTTP)

Both are High 4-C, speed is equalised, and Link is allowed all of his equipment.

I was gonna say Bowser for the same reasons as above, but Link might be able to Magic Cape & Powder his way to victory. However, I feel as if Bowser could outlast Link if it comes down to it, especially with his Spatial manipulation.

Bowser looks like he has the edge here due to being resistant to time paradox, and more potent hax to utilize that link isn't resistant to.
