If Lille is able to attack before being spotted and attacked then he wins, as Accelerator's Vector Control won't work on Lille's power and as a sniper, Lille won't have to go into a face to face situation.

Lillle dosent have vollstandig and accelerator dosent have both angel forms so yeah.LordAizenSama said:

If Accelerator had his angel form he would had beat Lille Barro's second form since he is made out of light, including his attacks.
