Lightspeed flash downgrade

theres no way flash is stronger than bang. the page states that garou would have lost to flash in a form more powerful than when he fought overgrown rover. but this is all just speculation with zero evidence. in the actual webcomic, garou states "it would've ended ugly if my old self fought you". this is WAY to vague. for all we know, garou could have been talking about when he was still completely human. theres really no way to tell exactly what he meant by "old self". theres zero evidence here, just speculation. so can someone change it?

1. Garou was still human when he fought Overgrown Rover.

2. Garou makes this statement of his previous self almost right after he transforms into his first Monster form. It's most likely that he was referring to his previous self right before this brand new transformation. It's like if Goku goes SSJ3 and immediately after tells someone he'd lost to them before he transformed into this. Then assuming that Goku was actually referring to Kaioken, SSJ1 or some other form he had far before this instead of the state he was in right before his new transformation.

3. Garou makes this statement long after he overpowered Darkshine and again donning a new transformation since then. So the scaling to 7-A is still valid.

Garou stated that Lightspeed Flash would've beaten his old self right after he evolves into a brand new transformation. And long before this transformation he overpowered Rover and Darkshine. So Flash should be stronger or at least somewhat remotely comparable to those two.

• Garou fightst Overgrown Rover in Chapter 59

• Garou fights Darkshine and begins "breaking his limiter" in Chapter 69

• Garou transforms into his brand new monster form in Chapter 82

• Garou makes the statement "If my old self fought you it would've ended ugly for me. But now you cannot" in Chapter 84

What this indicates is, Human Garou is the one that overpowers Rover. As not even his "limiter starts breaking" until 10 chapters after.

It also indicates that if Garou makes a statement that his old form would lose to someone but not anymore just 2 chapters after he has a brand new transformation, it's much more likely he's referring to the form right before rather than forms he had and grew out of dozens of chapters ago.

Which even if we're assuming Garou was referring to himself both before his new monster form and before his "limiter break", his human form several chapters back still fought Rover. So all in all in most likelyhood Flash scales to 7-A.
