Lightning feat on durability

Would this feat here scale to durability? I'm aware that lightning feats have some problems in regarding scaling to durability. It's also clearly not "electricity resistance" since that would break the point of the later statemenet about him not having lightning powers anymore.

He is trainning so that he could absorb lightning later unfortunately he doesn't have the powers to absorb lightning anymore so he was hit full force by 1B joules

He was hit direcctly from a rod, It might be a stretch to call it lightning, considering it wasn't actually lightning but electricity.

Need the following conditions

1. Needs to be point blank from whoever is shooting the bolt

2. Need to be in mid-air (So that the electricity doesn't get grounded)

3. OPTIONAL - Have a heavily-bruised-and-bleeding body while taking the bolt
